Turkey Apricot Stuffing Casserole


  • Turkey or Chicken (use your leftovers)
  • Stuffing (use your leftovers)
  • 2-18ozs Apricot Preserves or Jam


  1. Debone precooked chicken or turkey and shred into bite size pieces.
  2. Make stuffing, with the butter or and very little water. Make it dry, the apricot jam will moisten the casserole.
  3. Mix the stuffing, meat and Apricot Preserves together in a casserole dish.
  4. Heat in microwave or cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 375.
