- Turkey or Chicken (use your leftovers)
- Stuffing (use your leftovers)
- 2-18ozs Apricot Preserves or Jam
- Debone precooked chicken or turkey and shred into bite size pieces.
- Make stuffing, with the butter or and very little water. Make it dry, the apricot jam will moisten the casserole.
- Mix the stuffing, meat and Apricot Preserves together in a casserole dish.
- Heat in microwave or cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 375.
